Moreton Bay Airconditioning was established in 2002 in response to a clear gap in the market: commercial and industrial clients needed HVAC service providers with the technical depth of the large nationals, but without the corporate overhead, impersonal service, and inflated pricing that came with them.
We are employee-owned and privately managed by our two founders, who remain hands-on across every aspect of the business. This means accountability starts at the top. When something goes wrong, or when a client has a question, they speak directly with people who have the authority and the knowledge to resolve it.
Over twenty years, Moreton Bay Airconditioning has grown steadily, not through acquisition or aggressive marketing, but through the quality of our service delivery and the strength of the relationships we build with clients. Our business has been built on referrals, repeat contracts, and a reputation for showing up when we say we will and doing what we say we'll do.
We serve commercial, industrial, and government clients across all of South East Queensland, from retail centres and office buildings to hospitals, data centres, manufacturing facilities, and multi-storey developments. We are also authorised Graphonyx applicators and internationally accredited Midea chiller service and warranty agents.
